Esports summer Fortnite Duos league playing July 6 through August 14, 2026. Pair up with a friend, or we will help match you up with a teammate. Teams will have 2 scheduled matches each week.

How It Works

​

  • Who can join: Open to currently enrolled middle and high school students (grades 6–12) School enrollment will be verified.

  • Choose your team: Team up with a friend to form your Duo team for the season, or have AA Esports club team you up with another player. — Fortnite's competitive Duo format is two players per team, both contributing to your match results.

  • Format: Matches are best-of-three games on a custom Zone Wars-style map, with a standardized loadout so it comes down to skill, not random loot.

  • What you'll need:

  • An active Epic Games account

  • A PC, console, or mobile device 

  • A controller, or a mouse and keyboard

  • A stable internet connection

  • No cheat apps or devices are allowed.

Signing up

  • Use the link to the right to sign up for the league.

  • After you sign up: You'll receive a confirmation email and a Discord invite with league information and instructions.

League Schedule

​

  • The summer league will run from July 6 - August 14. 6 straight weeks.

  • Last day to register is July 4th.

  • Match days:  Matches will be scheduled to play each Tuesdays and Thursday during the season. The default start time will be 1pm Eastern, 12p Central, 11am Mountain, 10am Pacific.  Teams will be able to communicate via the AA Esports Discord server and can make arraignments to start at a different agreeable time. If a common time cannot be agreed upon, the default time will be the official start time.

  • If a team does not show up for a scheduled match, within 15 minutes of the appointed time, it will be considered a Forfeit. No make ups will be allowed unless the match was previously rescheduled prior to the official start tie. No refunds will be given. 

What if I don't have a teamate or partner?

  • You will have the option to select a teamate/partner during the registration survey. If you do not have a teamate/partner, you will selected "Signed up solo" and a teamate/partner will be match up with you based on your skill level.

Safety and Communication

​

  • All match scheduling, lobby coordination, and league announcements happen in our official All American Esports Discord server — supervised by All American Virtual Academy staff. Players will receive their Discord invite after registering.

  • The Discord is run by the All American Esports Club. It is a closed and private server for verified players only.

  • All players agree to a code of conduct covering respectful communication and fair play; violations can result in a forfeit or removal from the league with out a refund.

  • Parents/guardians may monitor their players involvement in the Discord server, but will not be allowed to have their own account. Parents/guardians will be contacted directly for any conduct concerns involving their student. We will have a zero tolerance policy for any server misconduct.
